ServRight provides technical service and support solutions for companies that value quality, speed, flexibility, and cost control through two primary service programs - ServRight Signature and ServRight Outsource Advantage.


ServRight Signature
ServRight's service contract program is made for Partners who value SLAs and consistent budgeted costs equally. ServRight can take care of all needs including first call support, PMs, logistics, and remedial maintenance. There are multiple variations of contract programs as well as multi-year discounts. Several Manufacturers and Channel Partners find Signature the best solution to add value to their programs.

ServRight Signature services jukeboxes and library storage, scanners, servers and workstations, tape and SAN, printers and document finishing. Jukebox and library storage brands serviced and supported are Asaca, DISC-NSM, DSM, Hewlett Packard (HP), Pioneer and Plasmon. Scanner service brands include Bowe Bell and Howell, Canon, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Kodak, Ricoh and Visioneer scanners. Server and workstation service brands include Aberdeen, HP/Compaq, Dell, Sun and Velocite. Tape and SAN service brands are HP/Compaq, Dell, Qualstar and Quantum. Printer service brands include Hewlett Packard (HP), Lexmark and Xerox printers. Document finishing (post press) services include laminators, cutters, shredders and folders. Laminator service brands include Banner American, GBC, Brother, Ledco and Seal.

ServRight Outsource Advantage
ServRight's contract T&M, or Flat Rate service is geared towards Partners who require an efficient and high quality service team to provide complete or partial support to their existing service businesses. ServRight offers many customized service options to Partners including triage and logistics support. Manufacturers and multi-vendor service providers find Outsource Advantage a great way to manage warranty costs or expand their service territory coverage.

ServRight services a wide range of products under its program Outsource Advantage. Computers serviced include desktop PCs, notebooks/laptops and tablet PCs. ServRight services printers that are laser printers, MFPs and ink jet printers. ServRight also services plasmas and LCDs, servers, storage devices, communication devices, network cabling, medical carts and kiosks.
