Our client does not pay travel time or mileage for most standard projects. We provide a Project Manager (PM) as your single point of contact for the project requirements. The PM handles all the delicate details and monitors the quality of service provided during your project.
Our ServRight PM’s can work with clients to create a Statement of Work if requested. More often, our resource management team reviews the SOW and works with our clients to execute a plan and deliver the services. If needed, our ServRight PM’s can handle your internal company requirements in the event our clients do not have their own.
ServRight can provide local technicians on site simultaneously across the country. We have extensive experience with computer equipment deployments, point-of-sale (POS) systems, server installs, software roll outs and upgrades, wireless solutions, kiosk, cabling and ATM’s. Our technicians, who boast a wide variety of skill sets, are located throughout North America.
